We started new workouts this week. A different 3 weeks.Different exercises sets and reps.
Plus the gym is being painted good things happening

weight room week of 8/22
We will be continuing there 8 week cycle of workouts. Today will be 1/2 the class upper body the other half lower. Plus we have light cardio today. This will be switched up every day this week.
